About Me

Hello All! My name is Desmiah, and I am a licensed associate professional counselor (LAPC) and self-care life coach specializing in mental health, relationships, and spirituality. My desire is that everyone reaches their full potential, purpose, and destiny. I believe by shifting our mindset we can achieve the impossible by changing our thought patterns, behaviors, and perceptions. We are all in various stages of our life and have different backgrounds and experiences. Sometimes we need a hand to push us over the next hurdle as we pull ourselves out mentally. I know this from first-hand experience. I have overcome many obstacles, from coping with life after two brain surgeries, and navigating grief, while being a wife and mother! I made a commitment to myself to work on my mind, body, and spirit. I found my calling by delving deeper and understanding myself through self-awareness, based on the foundation of biblical principles and standards. I hold a master's degree in Marriage, Couples, & Family Counseling along with a lifetime of experiences to help me coach and counsel you!
